Our self catering holiday home nestles in acres of unspoilt peace, dominated by a huge sky, mountains at the front door and a distant horizon towards the sea at the back.
We are only 4 miles from the sea and less than a minute’s walk to Snowdonia National Park and nowhere seems more than a half hour ride away.
Ynys Pandy is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, with loads of extras. We sleep eight people plus a baby in a cot and 
recommend a maximum of six adults and two children.
Ynys is ideal for families seeking a holiday home from home or those looking for a romantic retreat or bolthole, or as a base for exploring or discovering the area.
We welcome well behaved pets, bearing in mind that there are sheep and usually horses in the fields and we have two free range dogs & two similarly minded cats.

Llawrdref is a working 17 century farm and our self catering accommodation is situated in the south facing wing of the farmhouse.
Farmhouse wing comprises of three bedrooms (two with Double beds and one Twin room) all with washbasins. Linen is provided and beds are ready made when guests arrive. Downstairs is a combined sitting/dining room with electric fire, colour television and video. The 
adjoining kitchen has all essentials.
This part of the Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal setting for anyone seeking the peaceand tranquillity of the countryside.
