The house is spacious and accommodation includes – large fully equipped modern kitchen with sitting/ dining area where you can enjoy these views through a fixed patio window, a separate 
cosy sitting room with views across Loch Erisort andthe hills of Pairc and Harris to the south. Ground floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the first floor a double and twin bedroom with another toilet /shower room.

Cabhalan Cottage is an ideal location for those seeking an ‘away-from-it-all’ holiday.
A cosy modernised crofthouse dating from around 1780 in a secluded, peaceful spot 100 metres from the seashore and enjoying uninterrupted views across the sea to Skye, the Cuillins and the west coast of Scotland (as well as views of many otters on the shore below!).
The single storey cottage was originally a ‘blackhouse’ with walls up to 5 feet (1.5 metres) thick! Fully renovated, it now has all mod-cons, lots of character and is a simple but comfortable dwelling.

Stone-built centrally-heated 18th century detached cottage in ancient Fishertown area of Nairn with open fire. Sleeping upto six in 2/3 bedrooms the cottage is simple but comfortable; miles of sandy beaches lie eastwards to the RSPB Reserve and Culbin Forest.
Trips to see the unique Moray Firth Dolphins run regularly from the 
harbour, they can also be seen from points along the shore. Nairn is also fortunate in having two championship Golf courses (both beside the sea) close to the cottage!
